We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data.
The fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the form are needed to reply to you. If you do not provide them, we will not be able to handle your enquiry.
When the periods above end, the data is blocked under Article 32 of the Spanish Data Protection Act (LOPDGDD) and deleted once any possible liabilities have expired.
Who receives your data
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. The following providers access it only to provide their service to us, under a data processing agreement:
- Hostinger International Ltd. (Cyprus, EU): website hosting.
- Dinahosting S.L. (Spain): email.
If you agree to load the map on the contact page, Google (Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC) receives your IP address and browsing data as an independent controller, under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
International transfers
The website and email are hosted on servers in the European Union. Some sub-processors of our providers may be located outside the European Economic Area; in that case, transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If you agree to load the map, Google may process data in the United States under that same Framework.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data by writing to selected@selectedf.com and stating which right you wish to exercise. We will reply within one month, extendable by two further months if the request is complex. Where processing is based on your consent (the Google map), you can withdraw it at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk to protect your data, including an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
