Pacific giant squid caught with hooks and lines in the South-East Pacific (FAO area 87).

Traditional cooking

Cooked in our facility until it is firm and tender at the same time.

Cut by hand

Rings of about 8 mm or pieces of about 16 mm, piece by piece.

Our own recipes

Seasoned with paprika, peppers, garlic, pickles or seafood, depending on the recipe.

Vacuum sealed

Heat-sealed in tubs, trays or buckets and kept chilled.

About us

A young company with a family legacy.

Selected Fish was founded in 2018 by the Masià Chardí brothers, heirs to a family with a long tradition in seafood.

We produce in our facility in Silla (Valencia), designed to handle the product safely.

Today we sell in Spain, France, Italy and Andorra, and we keep growing in the European Union.

Trade fairs

Meet us at the trade fairs.

We bring our products to seafood trade fairs so distributors and chefs can taste them in person. The latest one was Conxemar, in Vigo.
